Public Pressure needed on ambulance coverage issue

Prior to Alberta Health Services taking over ambulance services in 2010, it was a policy of the Town of Canmore to always keep one EMS crew in the community at all times. A decade later, paramedics and emergency room doctors are calling on the province to reconsider how it transfers local ambulances out of town, and sometimes the entire valley, on a regular basis.
